Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using EstimQ (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the estimates you send to your clients.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Solo and Team plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. When you subscribe on the web they're billed to your card by our payment processor, Polar; when you subscribe in the EstimQ mobile app they're billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you subscribe. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends (for store purchases, at least 24 hours before).
Manage or cancel a web subscription in Settings › Billing; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Manage or cancel a store subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — refunds for store purchases are handled by the store under its policies.
4. Your content
You own the estimates, client records, photos and other content you add. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and deliver that content (for example, to send an estimate link to your client).
5. Acceptable use
- Don't send unsolicited messages through the Service.
- Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
- Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the Service.
6. Team members
Account owners control who joins their team and what role they get. Removing a member keeps the estimates they created with the business.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Cancel an active subscription first — in Settings › Billing for the web, or in your store settings for the mobile app — as deleting your account doesn't cancel it for you.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". EstimQ is a tool for preparing estimates; the figures, taxes and terms you send remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Changes
We'll notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
