This policy describes how EstimQ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile apps, websites, and related services.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), company profile, clients you add, estimate contents, and basic device/app analytics needed to run and improve EstimQ.
How we use it
To provide the estimate builder, sync your catalog and history, send client portal links, process feedback, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Client portal links
When you share an estimate, the recipient can view the details you chose to send via a unique link. Treat those links like documents — anyone with the link can open that estimate.
Storage & retention
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers under contractual security commitments. You can request deletion of your account and associated estimates by contacting us.
Your choices
Update profile data in the app, revoke shared links when that feature is enabled, or email us to export or delete your information.
